| 摘 要： | 肿瘤干细胞(CSC)理论认为肿瘤组织内有一小群细胞具有与干细胞类似的生物学特性,这一小部分细胞被认为是肿瘤发生、扩散、复发过程中的根源。CSC细胞膜上表达的ABC转运蛋白以及CSC生长的微环境都使其对化疗和放疗相对不敏感,并且CSC具有多条自我更新的信号通路。因而,ABCG2的耐药性、CSC生长的微环境和肿瘤细胞的信号通路等都是肿瘤治疗的新靶点。现就CSC的来源、生物学特性以及它们与肿瘤的耐药性转移和治疗间的关系进行综述。

| Abstract: | Cancer stem cell(CSC)theory,thinks that a small group of cells in tumor tissue is similar with stem cells in biological characteristics,which is believed to be the source of tumor genesis,metastasis and recurrence.CSC membrane expressed ABC transporters and CSC growth microenvironment make them relatively insensitive to chemotherapy and radiation therapy,and CSC has several signal pathways to update itself.Therefore,ABCG2′s drug resistance,the growth microenvironment of CSC and the signal pathways are the new targets of cancer treatment.Here is to make a review on the origin and the biologic characteristic of CSCs,and the relationship between CSCs and the tumor drug resistance,metastasis and treatment. |
