原发性心脏血管肉瘤的诊疗进展

原发性心脏肿瘤极为少见,由于缺乏特异性症状及体征,早期诊断困难,导致患者就诊时往往已进入疾病晚期,无法进行根治手术及治疗,因而预后极差。目前认为手术联合放疗、化疗的多学科综合治疗有助于控制肿瘤,改善患者预后。现通过复习相关文献,就原发性心脏血管肉瘤的发病率、诊断、治疗现状及预后进行综述,以期提高对该瘤的认识。

Progress of Diagnosis and Treatment for Primary Cardiac Angiosarcoma

Primary cardiac angiosarcomas are exceedingly rare.Since there are initially non-specific symptoms and clinical findings,these tumors are usually diagnosed only in an advanced,often incurable stage,which is associated with a poor prognosis.Multidisciplinary therapeutic approach involving surgery and radiation therapy or chemotherapy have proved to be effective in managing cardiac angiosarcomas and is preferred in most cases.Here is to make a brief review on the incidence,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of primary cardiac angiosarcoma and help to deepen the knowledge of the disease.
