| 摘 要： | 华法林作为最常用的口服抗凝药物之一,广泛应用于慢性心房颤动、静脉血栓、肺栓塞及心脏瓣膜置换术后等抗凝治疗。如何安全有效地应用华法林一直是心血管领域研究的热点和亟待解决的难题。近年来,对华法林的药物基因组学研究发现,决定华法林代谢和作用的基因多态性在很大程度上决定了华法林有效抗凝治疗剂量的个体差异。现就基因多态性与华法林个体化用药的关系予以综述。

| Abstract: | Warfarin,as one of the most commonly used oral anticoagulant drugs,is widely used as anticoagulant treatment for chronic atrial fibrillation,venous thrombosis,pulmonary embolism,and after heart valve replacement surgery.The safe and effective application of warfarin has always been a hot spot and urgent problem in cardiovascular research field.In recent years,the drug genomics study of warfarin found that gene polymorphism which determined metabolism and the role of warfarin,largely determines differences in the effective anticoagulant dose between individuals.Here is to summarize the relationship between the gene polymorphism and individualized medication of warfarin. |
