前牙二氧化锆全瓷冠与镍铬合金烤瓷冠修复的临床对比分析

摘    要:目的:对比分析二氧化锆全瓷冠与镍铬合金烤瓷冠用于前牙修复的效果及安全性。方法:回顾性分析我院31例采用二氧化锆全瓷冠及45例采用镍铬合金烤瓷冠对前牙牙体缺损进行修复患者的诊治资料及随访资料,比较两种材料对前牙牙体缺损修复后的边缘密合度、冠折裂、崩瓷、颜色及牙龈边缘染色等情况,统计使用两种材料修复后的不良反应。综合评价二氧化锆全瓷冠与镍铬合金烤瓷冠对前牙牙体缺损修复的临床效果及安全性。结果:二氧化锆全瓷冠在修复后当时及随访30个月时间里的边缘密合度、冠折裂、崩瓷、颜色及牙龈边缘染色等情况均明显优于镍铬合金烤瓷冠,二氧化锆全瓷冠未发现有不良反应,镍铬合金出现9例不同的不良反应,占比为20.0%,上述比较均具有显著性差异(P均<0.05)。结论:二氧化锆全瓷冠用于修复前牙牙体缺损较镍铬合金烤瓷冠有明显的安全优势及疗效优势,但价格偏贵是其不能推广应用的原因。

Abstract:Objective:To compare and analyze the efficacy and safety of zirconia all-ceramic anterior crowns with nickel chromium alloy porcelain crown for the restoration of the front teeth.Methods:Analyze retrospectively the treatment information and follow-up data for 31 cases of all-ceramic crowns using cobalt dioxide and 45 patients with nickel-chromium alloy-porcelain crown for front teeth to repair defects in patients of our hospital.Compare the two materials for anterior teeth defects restored,the edge of the adaptation,crown fracture,collapse porcelain,color and gum edge dyeing,etc.Take the adverse reactions for statistics after restoration.Evaluate comprehensively the clinical efficacy and safety of zirconia all-ceramic anterior crowns with nickel chromium alloy porcelain crown for the restoration of the front teeth.Results:The edge of the adaptation,crown fracture,collapse of porcelain,color and gum edge dyeing conditions all-ceramic crown cobalt dioxide in the repair and follow-up 30 months time were significantly better than the nickel-chromium alloy-porcelain crown.Cobalt dioxide all ceramic crown showed no adverse reactions,and nickel-chromium alloy of 9 cases were with different adverse reactions,accounting for 20.0%.There were significant differences for the above comparisons(P<0.05).Conclusion:The all-ceramic crown cobalt dioxide used to repair the anterior teeth defects has obvious security benefits and efficacy advantages than nickel-chromium alloy-porcelain crown,but the price is the reason that it can not promote.
