硬膜外自控镇痛治疗70例晚期肝癌疼痛临床分析

目的:探讨晚期肝癌患者镇痛治疗方法及其安全性,为晚期肝癌患者提供完善的镇痛治疗提供依据。方法:回顾性分析2009年4月-2011年4月我院采用硬膜外自控镇痛治疗的70例晚期肝癌患者的临床资料,并以我院同期采用传统镇痛方法治疗的70例晚期肝癌患者为对照组,比较两组患者镇痛治疗效果不良反应。结果:观察组镇痛效果明显优于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:硬膜外自控镇痛治疗在晚期肝癌患者镇痛治疗中具有重要意义,值得临床借鉴。

Clinical Analysis of Epidural Controlled Analgesia 70 Terminal Patients with Hepatocellular Carcinoma Analgesic Therapy

Objective:To study advanced liver cancer patient analgesia and its safety,treatment for advanced liver cancer patients with perfect analgesic therapy provides the basis.Methods:Retrospective analysis April 2009 to April 2011 by epidural our.anesth analg treatment advanced hepatocellular carcinoma patients 70 cases of clinical data,and the same with our treatment with traditional analgesia 70 cases advanced liver cancer patients(control group),compared with two groups of patients analgesic therapy effect.Results:The observation group was better than control,analgesic effect between groups are statistically significant comparative differences(P<0.05),the observation group adverse reaction between groups lower incidence of control group,a statistically significant comparative differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Epidural controlled analgesia in advanced liver cancer patient analgesia treatment is important,worthy in clinical use for reference.
