| 摘 要： | 目的探讨手足口病的临床防治经验。方法对我院2010年5月至2010年11月收治的212例手足口病患儿的病历资料进行回顾性分析。结果 202例患儿临床治愈出院,无后遗症;死亡4例,自动出院6例。结论早期发现危重征象,早诊断、早治疗并进行有效的宣传,多数预后良好。

| Abstract: | Objective The clinical experience in prevention and treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease was discussed.Methods 212 cases of hand-foot-mouth disease children′s medical records from 2010 May to 2010 November in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Results 202 cases of children were clinically cured and discharged from the hospital without sequelae,4 cases of children died,and 6 cases of children were self-discharged from the hospital.Conclusion In case of early detection of critical signs,early diagnosis,early treatment and effective propaganda,the majority of children had a good prognosis. |
