| 摘 要： | 目的:了解急性左心衰院前的有效救治方案。方法:61例急性左心衰患者根据院前急救方案分为静脉用药组(标准治疗组)及口服用药组(基本治疗组),对其治疗前、后的心率、呼吸、收缩压、氧饱和度的改善情况进行统计分析。结果:标准治疗组的急性左心衰患者的心率、呼吸、收缩压、氧饱和度均有所改善,有效率达63.4%。结论:院前早期静脉的标准化治疗能提高急性左心衰抢救成功率。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the effective prehospital methods of patients with acute left heart failure.Methods:61 patients with acute left heart failure were divided randomly into the standard group and basic group with the different therapeutic method in prehospital,whose heart rate,respiratory rate,systolic pressure,and oxygen saturation before and after prehospital treat were analyzed statistically.Results:The heart rate,respiratory rate,systolic pressure,and oxygen saturation of standard group were promoted,and the effective rate were 63.4%.Conclusion:Early standard venous therapeutic method in prehospital could improve the effective rate of acute left heart failure. |
