消瘤片薄膜包衣工艺的研究

摘    要:目的 优选消瘤片薄膜包衣的最佳工艺条件.方法 采用正交试验设计法,以崩解时限、包衣合格率作为评分指标,筛选出消瘤片的薄膜包衣工艺参数.结果 消瘤片薄膜包衣的最佳工艺条件为:片芯硬度40~50 N,包衣锅转速30 r/min,风温30 ℃.结论 优选的薄膜包衣工艺稳定、可行,可用于消瘤片薄膜包衣的生产.

Abstract:Objective To optimize the best technological conditions for the film coating of Xiaoliu tablets.Methods The orthogonal design with disintegration time and the rate of qualified appearance as the index of evaluation was used to test and optimize the best technological conditions.Results The optimum factors were as follows:the hardness of the pets were 40~50 N,the rotational speed of the coating pot was 30 r/min and the temperature was 30℃ for Xiaoliu tablets.Conclusion The film coating method is proved to be suitable,which can be used for the film coating of Xiaoliu tablets.
