摘    要:目前,国内很少在临床实习阶段开设专门的医患沟通技能训练课程。笔者借鉴国外一门典型的课程———比利时的大学校际课程(Belgian interuniversity curriculum,BIC)的成功经验,为加强我国临床实习阶段的医患沟通教育提出几点建议:课程设计必须以实际需求为基础,采用以学习者为中心的教学方法,突出实践教学的主体地位,完善考核评价方式,加强专业人才的培养。

Abstract:Currently,there are few special physician-patient communication skills training programs for the clinical practice stage in the domestic.To enhance the physician-patient communication education in the clinical practice stage,we learn from the successful experiences of a typical curriculum abroad(Belgian interuniversity curriculum,BIC) and make some suggestions: curriculum design must be based on actual demand,using learner-centered teaching methods,highlighting the dominant position of the practical teaching,reforming the evaluation methods,and strengthening the training of professionals.
