强肝胶囊对大鼠实验性肝纤维化防治作用

目的 研究强胶囊对四氯化碳大鼠肝纤维化预防与防治作用。方法 以CCl4诱导大鼠肝纤维化模型，造模前2周及结束后分别予强肝胶囊进行防治，各持续10周；测定肝组织羟脯氨酸（Hyp）含量，光镜、电镜观察肝脏病理形态变化。结果 强肝胶囊预防、治疗组Hyp显著降低（P＜0．05），胶原沉积及脂肪变性明显减轻（P＜0．05），电镜显示强肝胶囊预防组肝细胞内脂滴明显减少，狄氏间隙内胶原纤维增生明显减轻。结论 强肝胶囊对大鼠肝纤维化具有明确防治作用。

Effects of Prevention and Treatment of Qianggan Capsule on Experimental Liver Fibrosis in Rats

Aim To study the preventive and therapeutic effects of Qianggan Capsule on liver fibrosis in rats induced by carbon tetrachloride (CCL 4) Methods Liver fibrosis in rats was induced by CCI 4 and Qianggan Capsule was given 2weeks before (prevention group) or after model production (treatment group) respectively.The administration of Qianggan Capsule lasted for 10 weeks.Liver hydroxyproline (Hyp) level was determined and histopathological changes were observed by optical microscopy and electromicroscopy. Results In preventive and therapeutic group of Qianggan Capsule,Hyp and degrees of liver fibrosis and steatosis were markedly reduced respectively compared with those of control group ( P <0 01).On electronic microscopy,deposition of collagen was markedly decreased,and hepatocyte degeneration was ameliorated by prevention of Qianggan Capsule.Conclusions Qianggan Capsule had remarkably preventive and therapeutic effects on liver fibrosis of rats.
