| 摘 要： | 目的了解我院围手术期抗菌药物应用情况,为临床合理应用抗菌药物提供依据。方法随机抽取我院2009年7～12月出院手术病例161例,依据《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》,调查围手术期抗菌药物预防应用情况。结果调查期间,我院围手术期患者抗菌药物预防应用率为100%,涉及十大类共19个品种,排在前五位的分别是奥硝唑、头孢呋辛、头孢米诺、阿洛西林及甲硝唑抗菌药物联合应用率57.76%,Ⅰ类切口联合应用率47.92%。术前0.5～2h内开始应用抗菌药物的占57.14%。抗菌药物平均应用时间4.76d,最长达15d。结论我院围手术期抗菌药物预防应用率及联合应用率偏高,用药指征不明确,目的性和针对性不强,应用时间偏长,需进一步规范管理。
