| 摘 要： | 目的对国产与进口阿德福韦酯治疗慢性乙型肝炎进行成本-效果分析。方法选择门诊慢性乙型肝炎患者98例，随机分为A、B两组。A组47例，给予进口阿德福韦片10mg／d；B组51例，给予国产阿德福韦胶囊10mg／d，两组均添加胸腺肽肠溶片15mg／d，疗程104周。定期检测两组的ALT复常率、HBV—DNA阴转率、HBeAg抗HBe血清转换率。结果A组的总成本为15913．5元，B组的总成本为10251．5元，104周治疗结束后，两组的有效率比较无显著性差异。结论国产阿德福韦酯的成本-效果比优于进品阿德福韦酯，为较优的治疗方案。
