| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经桡动脉行冠脉造影的成功率及安全性。方法我院568例行冠脉动脉造影的患者,分别经桡动脉行冠脉造影268例,经股动脉冠脉造影300例。对比观察两组患者的成功率,并发症,造影剂用量,手术时间及x线照射时间等。结果两组患者造影成功率,并发症,血管造影剂用量,x线照射时间及手术时间差异无显著性意义(p>0.05)。结论经桡动脉途径与经股动脉途径行冠脉造影的成功率及安全性相同。

| Abstract: | Objective The purpose of the present study was to assess the success rates,and safety of the transradial approach(TRA) for diagnostic coronary angiography.Methods A series of 568 consecutive patients were divided into TRA group(268 patients) and transfemoral approach(TFA) group(300 patients).We compared the two groups regarding to success rate,vascular complications,contrast volume,procedural time,and fluoroscopy time.Results: We did not find difference in success rates,vascular complications,contrast volume,fluoroscopy time and procedural time(p>0.05).Conclusion The TRA is a safe alternative as TFA catheterization by considering with success rate,and safety for diagnostic coronary angiography. |
