O139霍乱弧菌在模拟水中自发L型变异及其意义探讨

摘    要:目的:探讨O139霍乱弧菌在水中自发变异为L型菌的情况;方法:采用消毒模拟水样长期观察,定期培养,检查L型菌及原菌。结果:多次从模拟水中检出L型菌,但检出频率与不同水体、不同环境温度有关。结论:O139霍乱弧菌在水中可自发变异成L型菌,且与该菌在水体中的存活时间长短有关。

Abstract:To investigate the spontaneous L form variation of Vibrio Cholerae O139 in water sample. MO45 and 98010 Strains of Vibrio Cholerae O139 were put into sterilized water samples (simulated water) to observe the spontaneous L form variation periodically. L form of Vibrio Cholerae O139 was detected from simulated water samples for many times. The detection rate was different in different water samples and under different ambient temperature. [Conclusion] Vibrio Cholerae O139 can transform into L form spontaneously in water samples and the L form variation is associated with the survival time of Vibrio Cholerae O139.
