尿石基质的溶解及其超微结构研究

摘    要:采用分类溶解法对泌尿系结石基质及其溶解进行了扫描电镜观察,结果发现基质有地毯状,苔藓状,织网状和木耳状4种存在形式,均是由短纤维侧向联结而成,基质溶解剂可逐渐溶解基质,暴露出深层的晶体。

Abstract:Urinary calculi matrix and matrix dissolution were studied by means of scanning electron microscopy with partial dissolution method. These findings indicate that the matrix stated as carpet,moss,web and ear. The urinary calculi matrix consist of short fibra by side-conjntion. Matrix dissol vent can dissolve the urinary caleuli matrix and release the crystal layer which under matrix.
