| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨诱导型一氧化氮合酶（iNOS）在雄性SD大鼠性成熟期睾丸中的表达变化情况及意义。方法：选取出生后5周、7周和10周的雄性SD大鼠各6只,左侧睾丸行石蜡切片,运用免疫组化ABC法观察iNOS在雄性SD大鼠性成熟期睾丸中的表达变化情况。结果：1出生后5周,iNOS睾丸间质细胞阴性表达。2出生后7周,绝大部分生精小管断面有精子发生,iNOS睾丸间质细胞弱阳性表达,精母细胞阳性表达。3出生后10周,iNOS睾丸间质细胞强阳性表达,精母细胞阳性表达。结论：在雄性SD大鼠的睾丸间质细胞中,随着性成熟发育iNOS的表达渐强。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the expression and significance of the inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS) in the sexual-maturity male SD rat's testis.Methods: Eighteen male SD rats born for 5 weeks,7 weeks and 10 weeks were selected with each 6 rats.Paraffin sections of the left testis were made and the expression of the iNOS in the testis of male SD rat was observed by immunohistochemical ABC method.Results: iNOS was expressed in Leydig cells of the testis,and the positive degree were(-),(++) and(+++) respectively... |
