血栓闭塞性脉管炎病人血清中红细胞免疫调节因子的研究

为了探讨血栓闭塞性脉管炎病人血清中红细胞免疫调节因子对红细胞免疫功能的影响，测定了３０例ＴＡＯ病人红细胞免疫附促进因子花环率和红细胞免疫粘附抑制因子花环率。结果表显示：ＴＡＯ组ＲＦＥＲＲ明显降低，ＲＦＩＲＲ明显为高，与对照组比较有显著差异。

Study on regulating factors for red cells immune in serum in patients with TAO

In order to explore the change of red cells immune adjusting factors in serum in the patients with thromboangitis obliterans (TAO), the authors studied the activity of the enhancing factors and inhibiting factors for the immune adherence of red cells in serum in 30 patients with TAO. The results showed that the enhancing factors for the immune adherence of red cells were much lower than those of the controls, while the inhibiting factors for the immune adherence of red cells were significantly higher than those of the controls (P<0.01 ). Our data suggest that the functiondisorder of serum regulating factors for red cells immune may play an important role in red cells immune functiondropped in patients with TAO.
