| 摘 要： | 目的：调查Y染色体A10STR基因座的遗传多态性。方法：利用PCR扩增和聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术对无关男性血样进行Y染色体A10STR基因座的分型。结果：发现在广州地区汉族群体Y染色体A10STR基因座有4个等位基因，GD值为0．64446。结论：Y染色体A10STR基因座在Y染色体有较高的遗传多态性，可用于个体识别和亲子鉴定。

| Abstract: | Objective:to study the genetic polymorphism of Y chromosome specific STR A10 locus in Guangzhou Han population.Methods:the DNA extracted from blood sample of unrelated individuals in Han population living in Guangzhou was amplified by PCR.The PCR products were analyzed by using PAGE.Results:4 alleles were detected in A10 loci of Y chromosome respective in Han population of Guangzhou.The GD value was 0.64446.Conclusion:The A10 locus of Y chromosome are highly polymorphic and more suitable for individual identification,so do paternity testing. |
