| 摘 要： | 对未安装起搏器的50例病窦综合征患者平均随防103个月,其结果表明:黑朦、昏厥的发生率并未增加;转为持续性房颤后症状明显改善;房室传导阻滞的新发生率为2%;死亡4例,与病窦综合征无直接关系,提示病窦综合征是一种慢性进行性心律失常。

| Abstract: | Fifty sick sinus syndnome patients pacemaker implantation were followed-up for 106(60-245)months.The results showed that the incidence of pre-syncope andsyncope and syncope did not increase and these symptoms became significantly improvedafter spontaneous development of stable auricular frbrillation.The incidence of AVblock happened in only 2% during the period of follow-up.4 patients died nothing todo with the sick sinus syndrome.It is concluded that sick sinus syndrome is a chronicdisease of progressive arrhythmia |
