| 摘 要： | 为研究龙牙木Araliaelata (Miq .)Seem .根皮降血糖活性部位中的化学成分 ,运用硅胶柱色谱和HPLC等分离手段并结合理化和谱学分析 (MS、NMR)的方法 ,确定了 1个新的三萜皂苷的结构 ,将其命名为辽东木皂苷V (congmunosideV)。

| Abstract: | A new compound from the active part of the root bark of Aralia elata (Miq.)Seem was isolated and elucidated on the basis of chemical and spectroscopic methods.The structure of the compound was determined as 3 O {β D glucopyranosyl (1→2)] β D glucopyranosyl (1→3)] β D glucopyranosyl} oleanolic acid 28 O β D glucopyranosyl ester (congmunoside V). |
