糖尿病患者牙周炎牙列缺损和牙列缺失的情况调查

目的：了解分析卫辉市部分老年糖尿病患者牙周炎、牙列缺损和牙列缺失情况。方法：对近3年来就诊于新乡医学院第一附属医院口腔科的60岁以上老年糖尿病患者的牙周炎患病率、牙列缺损及牙列缺失情况进行调查,并与对照组进行对比分析。结果：老年糖尿病患者的牙周病患病率为70.02%,牙列缺损率为66.36%,牙列缺失率为18.26%,均明显高于对照组,具有显著性差异（P〈0.01）。结论：该人群口腔健康水平较低,我们应该加强口腔卫生服务及健康宣传工作。

A survey of periodontitis, dentition defect and edentulous status in aged patients with diabetes Mellitus

Objective ： To evaluate the periodontitis, dentition defect and edentulous jaw status of old patients with Diabetes Mellitus in Weihui. Methods： The patients over 60 years old with diabetes mellitus in department of stomatology, the first affiliated hospital of Xinxiang medical college in recent three years were examined for periodontitis, dentition defect and edentulous jaw status, the results were compared with the control group. Results： 70.02% of the old patients with diabetes mellitus suffered from periodontitis, 66.36% from dentition defect, 18.26% from edentulous jaw. There were significant differences between the two groups （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The oral health status of this population is far from satisfactory. We should strengthen the education of oral health and more dental care services should be performed.
