中国健康中老年血沉参考值（温氏法）与地理因素的关系

为制定中国健康中老年人血沉参考值的统一标准提供科学依据。方法收集了中国各地用温氏法测定的健康中老年人血沉参考值并对其与地理因素的关系进行了研究。结论依据健康中老年人血沉参考值与地理因素的依赖关系把中国分为青藏区，西南区，西北区，东南区，华北区，东北区等６个区。

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN REFERENCE VALUE(WINTROBE) OF CHINESE HEALTHY ADULT AND OLD PEOPLE''''S ERYTHROCYTE SEDIMENTATION RATE(ESR) AND GEOGRAPHICAL FACTORS

Objective:To supply a basis for auntted reference value (wintrobe) standard for Chinese healthy adult and old people's ESR.Mcthcd:Wintrobe laws are adopted in the study of the relationship between the reference value (wintrobe) of Chinese adult and old people's ESRand five geographical factors.Rcsults:lt is found that altitude is the main factor affecting the reference value(wintrobc) of Chinese healthy adult and old people's ESR. As the altitude increases gradually, the reference value(wintrobe) of Chinese healthy adult and old people's ESR decreases gradually. and the correlation is quite obvious.Mathematical regression analysis shows if geographical index values are obtained in an area. the reference value(wintrobc) of Chinese healthy adult and old people's ESR of tihs area can be estimated through regression equations.Conclusion:Based on the relationship between the reference value (wintrobe) of Chinese healthy adult and old people's ESR,the geographical factors and population distribution,China can be divided into six regions: Qingzang, Southwest, Northwest Southeast,North and Northeast.
