充血性心力衰弱患者血浆巯基、丙二醛和血液氧自由基水平的变化

摘    要:本文对30例充血性心力衰竭(CHF)患者及20例健康人的血浆巯基及丙二醛含量进行了测定,并应用电子自旋共振波谱技术分别在两组中各10例取血液标本进行自由基浓度测定。结果显示:CHF 患者血浆巯基含量显著低于健康对照组(P<0.01),血浆丙二醛水平显著增加(P<0.01)。CHF 患者血液氧自由基浓度显著高于健康人(P<0.01)。表明 CHF 患者血液自由基水平增加,脂质过氧化反应增强,可能是 CHF 慢性心肌损害与心肌收缩性能下降相关因素之一。并对其作用机制作了初步探讨。

Abstract:Thiols compound and malondialdehyde(MDA)levels in plasma wera determined in 30 pa- tients with congestive heart failur(?)(CHF)and in 20 controls.and free radical content(FRC)was also measured with electronic spin resonance spectrometer(ESR)in 10 of the 30 cases of CHF and 10 controls.The results showed that plasma thiols compound levels were significantly lower(P< 0.01)and MDA level higher(P<0.01),that blood FRC in patients with CHF was remarkablely increased(P<0.01)and that free radicals were increased in patients with CHF and the lipid per- oxidation reaction were enhanced,which might be one of factors that was related to chronic CHF myocardium damage and decreased contractility of the cells.
