| 摘 要： | 临床实习是医学专业教育的重要环节。我院结合成人医学教育的特点，从规范完善临床毕业实习管理制度着手，严格选聘指导教师，重新修订《专业综合课考试复习大纲》，加强实习前的教育，改进实习考核方法，使学生顺利开展临床医学实习，保证实习质量。

| Abstract: | Medical practice is an important element in medical education.Combining with the characteristics of adult medical education,our hospital started from standardization and improvement of management system of graduation in clinical internship,recruited guiding teachers to revise the General Review Guideline for Integrated Course Examination,improved practice examination and developed smoothly the clinical practice of medicine to ensure practice quality. |
