| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨夹板式可摘局部义齿在牙周病修复治疗中的疗效。方法：对67例患者应用铸造或弯制支架式可摘局部义齿，结合牙周病修复治疗的原则和方法，在修复缺失牙的同时固定松动牙。结果：经过修复后3年复查，有效率达92．5％。结论：夹板式可摘局部义齿是修复治疗牙周病较为理想的一种方法。

| Abstract: | AIM:To study the clinical effect of the splint like removable partial denture used to treat peri-odontopathy. METHODS: Casting and regular splint like removable partial denture were applied to 67 patients and used for fixation of loose teeth in the restoration of missing teeth, with the principle and method as restoration of peri-odontopathy. RESULTS: The findings showed that the effective rate accounted for 92. 5% during three - year follow up. CONCLUSION: The splint like removable partial denture is considered to be a better mothed as treatment of periodontopathy. |
