| 摘 要： | 对５３２例中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变（中浆）进行了临床观察研究。对４１７进行了眼底荧光血管造影，其中有荧光渗漏者３５６例，占８７．５２％。在渗漏患者，皮（ＳＲ）脱离型者最多，色素上皮（ＲＰＥ）脱离型次之，混合型（ＳＲ与ＲＰＥ同时脱离）又次，之类 色素上皮炎改变型最少。对发病原因、发病机理进行了初步探讨。

| Abstract: | 532 cases of central serous-chorioretinopathy were studied by clinical observation. 417 cases under went fundus fluorescein angiography, 365 Cases of which appeared fluorescein effusion (87.52%). As for fluorescein effusion cases, the sensory retina (SR) was most, the retinl pigment epithelium (RPE plus RPE) was less and the retinal pigment epithelitis was least, respectively. The pathogenesis of the central serous-chorioretinopathy is briefly discussed. |
