| 摘 要： | 在重度、中度及已控制流行的地区,用4种抗原对各年龄组人群的特异性IgG及IgM用ELISA法进行了检测.结果表明,不同地区的特异性抗体阳性率曲线均具不同的特征.根据当地人群的特异性抗体曲线,可判断当地目前的传播情况,并可评价以往的防治效果,如定期进行调查可起到疫情监测的作用.采用的抗原以SEA即可,无需增加其它抗原制剂.

| Abstract: | The investigation was carried out in 3 areas with different transmission levels of schisto-somiasis. The special IgG and IgM antibodies were detected using 4 kinds of antigens with ELISA among the population over 7 years old. The results showed there were prominant characteristics of the curve patterns of special antibody distribution in the three different endemic areas. The situation of transmission and the efficiency of control could be evaluated by the age-specific curve patterns of antibodies,and further more,it would be effective for the surveillance of the situation and tendency of transmission through a longitudinal observation. |
