临沂市部分中学生预防艾滋病健康教育效果评价

[目的]了解中学生艾滋病健康教育效果，为制定中学生艾滋病健康教育计划提供科学依据。[方法]2006年10月，在临沂市兰山区城区抽取初中、高中各i所，对i098名学生进行多种形式的健康教育干预，于干预前后分别进行问卷调查。[结果]艾滋病相关知识知晓率干预前为65．31％，干预后为87．33％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；对艾滋病、艾滋病病人态度的正确率干预后均有所提高，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。[结论]在学校中开展艾滋病健康教育对提高中学生艾滋病相关知识的效果显著。

Evaluation on the Effect of AIDS Health Education in Middle School Students in Linyi City

[Objective]To understand the effect of AIDS health education in middle school students,provide basis for making plan of AIDS health education in middle school students.[Methods]Intervention was carried out in 1 098 students from 1 junior high school and 1 senior high school and questionnaire was conducted before and after intervention in Lanshan district in October 2006.[Results]The understanding rate of AIDS knowledge was 65.31% before intervention and 87.33% after intervention.There was a difference (P<0.01).The understanding of AIDS knowledge and the attitude to AIDS patients was improved after intervention,there was a difference (P<0.01).[Conclusion]It had a good effect to carry out AIDS health education in middle school students to improve their knowledge related to AIDS.
