2008—2009年我院抗高血压药物用药分析

目的分析医院抗高血压药物的应用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法对医院2008—2009年抗高血压药物的品种、用药频度、用药金额等进行统计。结果与2008年比较,2009年抗高血压药物的总用药金额增长了42.71%,用药频度增长了23.08%;钙离子拮抗剂的品种数、用药频度、用药金额均居首位,替米沙坦片的用药金额与用药频度排序均居首位。结论该院抗高血压药物使用基本合理,且用药趋向长效化。

Utilization of Antihypertensive Drugs in Our Hospital from 2008 to 2009

Objective To understand and analyze the application of antihypertensive drugs in our hospital from 2008 to 2009,and to provide reference for clinical drug use.Methods The statistical analysis was performed on varieties,DDDs and consumption sum of antihypertensive drugs in our hospital from 2008 to 2009.Results The consumption sum of antihypertensive drugs in 2009 was increased by 42.71%compared with that in 2008,while the DDDs was increased by 23.08%.The amount of varieties,DDDs and consumption sum of calcium antagonists （CCB） ranked the first in the categories of antihypertensive drugs.The consumption sum and DDDs of Telmisartan Tablets ranked the first in the kinds of antihypertensive drugs.Conclusion Antihypertensive drugs used in our hospital are basically rational,and medication trends long-term effect.
