| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨补虚通络针法对中风患者步长、步速、单足支撑相的影响.方法:32名受试者被随机分为对照组和补虚通络针刺治疗组,治疗前后分别接受足底生物力学检测,治疗2周后对结果进行统计学分析.结果:接受补虚通络针刺治疗患者的步行速度和单足支撑相比例同治疗前比较有显著性提高(P＜0.05).与对照组比较P＜0.05或P＜0.01.结论:补虚通络针法针刺可以提高中风患者步行速度,改善单足支撑相比例等生物力学指标.

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the effect of Buxutongluo acupuncture to the step length,walking speed and proportion of one foot support phase.Methods:32 subjects were randomly divided into control group and the acupuncture groups.After two weeks treatment,subjects were treated by foot biomechanical signal.Results:Patients received Buxutongluo in acupuncture treatment group and their walking speed and proportion of one foot support phase had a significant improvement compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Buxutongluo acupuncture can increase the walking speed and proportion of one foot support phase of stroke patients. |
