创面分泌物感染病原菌分布及耐药分析

摘    要:目的 了解创面分泌物感染病原菌的分布及耐药性.方法 收集2009年10月-2010年10月门诊及住院患者创面分泌物分离的病原菌482株,对其进行鉴定,对药敏结果进行统计分析.结果 482株病原菌中排名前3位的分别是铜绿假单胞菌占17.43%,金黄色葡萄球菌占16.60%,大肠埃希菌占14.94%;铜绿假单胞菌对头孢噻肟、庆大霉素、氨曲南有较高的耐药率,金黄色葡萄球菌对青霉素、红霉素、克林霉素有较高的耐药率,大肠埃希菌对头孢菌素、哌拉西林均有较高的耐药率.结论 掌握创面分泌物病原菌分布及耐药特点,指导临床合理用药.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the distribution of pathogens and drug resistance in wound discharge infection.METHODS A total of 482 strains of pathogens were isolated from outpatient and inpatient wound discharge infection from Oct 2009 to Oct 2010.All the isolates were identified and results of drug susceptibility test were statistically analyzed.RESULTS Among the 482 strains the top 3 species were Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Staphylococcus aureus,and Escherichia coli,accouting for 17.42%,16.60% and 14.93% respectively.P.aeruginosa had high resistance rate to cefotaxime,gentamicin and aztreonam.S.aureus had high resistance rate to penicillin,erythromycin and clindamycin.E.coli had high resistance rate to cephalosporins and piperacillin.CONCLUSION It is important to grasp distribution and drug resistance of pathogens in wound discharge,which will guide the clinicians in rational use of medicines in clinical practice.
