三级综合医院的医院感染管理现状与改进措施

目的 进一步做好医院感染管理工作,有效减少感染发生.方法 通过分析三级综合医院感染的管理现状,提出改进和强化措施.结果 三级综合医院感染管理工作已步入了规范化、标准化阶段,但人员素质参差不齐,管理水平仍需进一步提高.结论 经多年的努力,三级综合医院感染管理工作已基本建立起较完整的体系和制度,管理较规范,但许多方面仍需加强和完善.

Current status of nosocomial infection management in tertiary general hospital and improvement measures

OBJECTIVE To further improve the management of hospital infections,effective in reduce infections.METHODS The measures proposed were improved and strengthened by analyzing the three-level integrated management of hospital infection status.RESULTS The management of nosocomial infections in the tertiary general hospital had already stepped into the standardization,standardized stage;however,the personnel quality was uneven and the management level need to be further improved.CONCLUSION After years of efforts,a relatively complete system for nosocomial infection management has been established in the tertiary general hospital.The management is more standardized,yet there are many aspects need to be strengthened and improved.
