摘    要:目的 了解社区获得性泌尿生殖道无乳链球菌感染现状及耐药性分析,以指导临床合理用药.方法 对2007年1月-2010年12月送检的泌尿生殖道标本所分离的无乳链球菌,进行回顾性分析.结果 红霉素、克林霉素对无乳链球菌的耐药率呈逐年上升趋势,且增长速度很快;四环素与左氧氟沙星的耐药率4年间无明显差异;青霉素耐药率均<10.0%;万古霉素及利奈唑胺未发现耐药;D试验阳性率为28.6%.结论 在诊治无乳链球菌感染的过程中,应尽量减少大环内酯类药物及克林霉素的使用,青霉素类抗菌药物已不能作为预防和经验治疗用药,临床医师应根据药敏结果合理选择抗菌药物.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To understand the status of the community-acquired Streptococcus agalactiae infection of urogenital tract and drug resistance for the rational use of antibiotics.METHODS A retrospective analysis and statistics were performed for the S.agalactiae isolated from the genitourinary tract specimens of outpatient in our hospital from Jan 2007 to Dec 2010.RESULTS The resistance rates of S.agalactiae to erythromycin and clindamycin showed an increasing trend year by year;the resistance rates to the tetracycline and levofloxacin had no significant difference among four years;the resistance rate to penicillin was less than 10.0%;The resistance to vancomycin and linezolid had not be found.The positive rate of D-test was 28.6%.CONCLUSION Use of macrolides and clindamycin should be minimized in the treatment of S.agalactiae infection.Penicillin antibiotics can not be used in preventive and empirical therapy.Clinicians should have a reasonable choice in antibiotics based on the susceptibility results.
