| 摘 要： | 目的 了解健康人群中幽门螺杆菌(HP)的感染现状.方法 对2010年2月-2011年6月医院健康体检2857名健康人员采用14C尿素呼气试验方法检测分析.结果 2857名健康人员中HP感染1683人,感染率为58.9％,年龄分布以30～39、40～49岁为最高峰,分别为75.7％和78.5％,男女感染率分别为59.5％及33.2％,工人和知识分子感染率分别为61.1％和45.6％.结论 HP感染与年龄、性别及职业有显著相关性.

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To study the status of Helicobacter pylori(HP) infections in healthy population.METHODS A total of 2857 healthy persons receiving physical examination in our hospital from Feb 2010 to Jun 2011 were examined with 14C urea breath test.RESULTS Totally 1683 of the 2857 individuals were infected with HP.The infection rate was 58.9%.In respect of age distribution,the peaks were observed in age ranged from 30 to 39(75.7%) and 40 to 49(78.5%).The infection rates of the males and females were 59.5% and 33.2% respectively.The infection rates in workers and intellectuals were 61.1% and 45.6% respectively.CONCLUSION There were significant correlations between HP infection and age,gender and occupation. |
