阴道分泌物生化标志物联合检测的评价

摘    要:目的 探讨阴道分泌物生化标志物联合检测的临床应用价值.方法 随机选取200例妇科门诊阴道炎患者的分泌物,采用试剂盒联合检测阴道分泌物的pH值、过氧化氢、白细胞酯酶、唾液酸苷酶、脯氨酸氨肽酶以及N-乙酰-β-D氨基葡萄糖苷酶6项生化标志物,并与革兰染色镜检结果比较.结果 6项生化标志物联合检测乳杆菌属、白细胞、细菌性阴道病、假丝酵母菌属以及滴虫,与革兰染色镜检的总符合率分别为85.5%、95.0%、97.5%、93.0%、90.5%,仅有滴虫检测与革兰染色镜检差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其他各组差异均无统计学意义.结论 阴道分泌物生化标志物联合检测可替代革兰染色镜检,具有很好的应用前景.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To discuss the clinical application value of six biochemical marker joint detection in vaginal secretions.METHODS Viginal secretions of 200 outpatients with vaginitis in department of gynecology were randomly selected,and commercial available kit was used for the joint detection of 6 biochemical markers including pH value,H2O2 concentration,leukocyte esterase(LE) activity,neuraminidase(NA) activity,proline aminopeptidase(PIP) activity and N-acetyl-β-D-glucosaminidase(AG),which were compared with the results of gram staining microscopy.RESULTS Joint detection of six biochemical markers was performed in vaginal secretions to detect lactobacillus,white blood cells,bacterial vaginosis,Candida and trichomonad.Compared with gram staining method,overall coincidence rates were 85.5%,95.0%,97.5%,93.0%,and 90.5%,respectively.Only the results of trichomonad detection were significantly different from gram staining method(P<0.05).Other groups showed no significant difference(P>0.05).CONCLUSION The joint detection of six biochemical markers in vaginal secretions can replace gram staining method and has a broad prospect for application.
