| 摘 要： | 人类遗传资源是一种特殊的资源,是人类认识自身生命现象的重要媒介,因此,如何对其有效保护并合理利用显得尤为重要.本文就中国医学科学院1999-2010年获得批准的涉及人类遗传资源国际合作项目的执行情况做了详细分析,提出了存在的问题和改进建议,希望对相关管理部门及执行单位提供有益的借鉴和启示.

| Abstract: | Human genetic resource is a special kind of resource, which is an important media through which people understand about their life . Its protection and utilization is particularly significant. To understand the current situation, the author analyzed the international cooperative research projects that involved human genetic resource and approved during 1999 and 2010 at Chinese Academy of Medicine. Problems were identified and suggestions were proposed so as to provide reference For proper management. |
