阑尾手术切口感染相关因素的研究

目的 探讨引起阑尾手术切口感染的危险因素.方法 以2008年1月-2010年12月阑尾手术患者1580例为研究对象,将阑尾手术切口感染者分为观察组,按照1:1比例选择未发生切口感染患者作为对照组,对可能影响切口感染因素进行单因素分析与logistic回归分析.结果 阑尾手术患者合并切口感染5.69％,单因素分析12个因素是切口感染相关因素(P＜0.05),行logistic分析结果显示,危险因素为:BMI高、合并其他疾病、手术时间长、阑尾化脓坏疽穿孔、阑尾逆行切除,OR值分别为3.23、3.10、2.98、2.76、2.62.结论 阑尾手术切口感染的发生率较高,与多种因素有关,应针对危险因素实施相应措施,预防和减少切口感染的发生.

Clinical research on related factors for appendix surgical incision infections

OBJECTIVE To explore the risk factors for surgical incision infections after appendix surgery.METHODS From Jan.2008 to Dec.2010,a total of 1580 patients receiving appendix surgeries were involved in the study.Patients with surgical incision infection after appendix surgery were set as the observation group,the patients without incision infections were set as control group according to a 1∶1 ratio.Single factor analysis and logistic regression analysis were performed for the factors that may affect the incision infections.RESULTS Totally 5.69% of patients who underwent appendix surgeries were with incision infection single factor analysis showed that 12 factors were related to incision infection(P<0.05).Logistic analysis indicated that the risk factors were high BMI,combination with other diseases,long operation time,the appendix rotting gangrene appendiceal perforation,and retrograde resection;OR values were 3.23,3.10,2.98,2.76,and 2.62,respectively.CONCLUSION The incidence of the incision infections after appendix surgery is high and it is associated with multiple factors.Corresponding measures should be implemented on the risk factors to prevent and reduce incision infection.
