大叶秦艽抗炎、调节免疫有效部位的初步研究

摘    要:目的:研究大叶秦艽抗炎、调节免疫的有效部位。方法:复制大鼠佐剂性关节炎(AA)模型,观察大叶秦艽四个溶剂部位的抗炎作用;采用刀豆素A(ConA)诱导脾T淋巴细胞的增殖反应,通过体内、外实验,分析对脾T淋巴细胞增殖作用。结果:大叶秦艽石油醚部位(QS)、正丁醇部位(QZ)、水溶部位(QW)对福氏完全佐剂引起的局部炎症和免疫性炎症有抗炎作用;QZ体内对ConA诱导的大鼠脾T淋巴细胞增殖有抑制作用,而体外四种提取物对ConA诱导的脾T淋巴细胞增殖均呈现出抑制作用。结论:大叶秦艽石油醚、正丁醇、水提取物均有抗炎作用,正丁醇提取物有调节免疫作用。

Abstract:Objective: To research the anti-inflammatory and immunoregulatory active part of Radix Gentianae macrophyllae.Methods: Rats model of adjuvant arthritis(AA) were established to observe the anti-inflammatory effect of 4 solvent parts of Radix Gentianae macrophyllae.The proliferation reaction of T lymphocytes induced by ConA was used to analyse the impress of Radix Gentianae macrophyllae on the proliferation of T lymphocytes in spleen.Results:Radix Gentianae macrophyllae had anti-inflammatory effect on the local inflammation caused by Freund's complete adjuvant,and its active parts were QS,QZ and QW.QZ parts had inhibitive effect on the rats' splenic T lymphocyte proliferation induced by ConA in vivo,and QS,QY,QZ and QW parts had the effect in vitro.Conclusion:Radix Gentianae macrophyllae has anti-inflammatory and immunoregulatory effect.
