| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨胆汁性肝硬化(PBC)患者血清抗线粒体抗体M2的临床意义。方法:采用间接免疫荧光法(IFA)和酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测30例PBC的血清线粒体抗体(AMA)水平和AMA-M2,对30例PBC患者进行回顾性研究。结果:本组30例患者血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(γ-GT)明显升高,AMA-M2阳性。结论:AMA-M2诊断PBC的敏感性和特异性均高,有助于PBC的早期诊断和治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective:To biliary cirrhosis(PBC) patients serum antimitochondrial antibody M2 and its clinical significance.Methods:Using indirect immunofluorescence assay(IFA)and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) was detected in 30 cases of PBC serum mitochondrial antibody(AMA)levels and AMA-M2,30 patients with PBC were studied retrospectively.Results:The 30 patients serum alkaline phosphatase(ALP),γ-glutamyltransferase(γ-GT)was significantly elevated,AMA-M2 positive.Conclusion:AMA-M2 diagnosis of PBC sensitivity and specificity are high,contribute to early diagnosis and treatment of PBC. |
