立止血复合奥美拉唑治疗肝硬化合并上消化道出血的疗效

目的探讨立止血复合奥美拉唑对肝硬化合并上消化道出血的疗效及安全性。方法 2010年8月-2011年12月在我院就诊的64例肝硬化合并上消化道出血的患者随机分为对照组(31例)及观察组(33例)。两组均进行常规对症治疗。对照组给予西咪替丁+止血芳酸静脉滴注治疗,观察组给予立止血静脉注射+奥美拉唑静脉滴注治疗,观察并比较两组的临床疗效及安全性。结果对照组总有效率为82.98%,观察组总有效率为95.74%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组不良反应发生率为19.15%,观察组不良反应发生率为2.13%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论立止血联合奥美拉唑治疗肝硬化合并上消化道出血疗效显著且安全性较高。

Efficacy and safety of reptilase combined with omeprazole treatment for hepatocirrhosis complicated with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of reptilase combined with omeprazole on hepatocirrhosis complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods 64 cases of hepatocirrhosis complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,32 cases each group.The two groups received conventional symptomatic treatment.The patients of control group were given cimetidine + PAMBA intravenous infusion therapy and the patients of observation group were given batroxobin intravenous + omeprazole intravenous injection treatment,to observe and compare the effect of the two groups.Results The total effective rate of control group was 82.98% and it was 95.74% of observation group,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions was 19.15% in control group and 2.13% in observation group,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Reptilase combined with omeprazole on hepatocirrhosis complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding has remarkable curative effect,it is safe and reliable.
