摘    要:目的评价甘肃省临夏回族自治州0~3岁婴幼儿碘营养与生长发育状况,为科学补碘提供科学依据。方法在临夏州每个县按照东、西、南、北、中随机抽取5个乡,每个乡随机抽取1个村,每个村随机抽取0~3岁婴幼儿各20名,采集1次随机尿样(不足者从邻近村庄补足),进行尿碘测定,同时对其进行发育商测试及身长、体重测量。结杲0~3岁婴幼儿尿碘中位数为107.3μg/L,尿碘小于50μg/L所占的比例为23.9%(252/1056);婴幼儿总体发育商为92.8,身高偏低(矮小和中下)的比例为40.0%,高于理论值25个百分点,低体重(矮小和中下)比例为35.0%,高于理论值约20个百分点;发育商、身高及体重均呈明显的正偏态分布;不同性别、不同喂养方式婴幼儿的发育商之间差异无显著性,不同民族及父母不同的文化程度婴幼儿的发育商差异有显著性。结论婴幼儿碘营养不足,生长发育迟滞。

Abstract:Objective To assess the iodine nutrition and growth development in 0-3 years old infants in Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture of Gansu. Methods Five town were randomly selected from five directions(east, south,west,north,central)of each county in Linxia Prefecture. One village was chosen from every town and 20 in-fants, were randomly selected from each town. Urinary iodine(UI)of the infants were determined and DQ value, height and weight of infants were measured. Results The median urine iodine(MUI)among 0-3 years old infants was 107.3μg/L and the UI proportion less than 50μg/L was 23.9% (252/1 056). The average DQ among 0-3 years old infants was 92.4; the low level height among 0-3 years old was 40% and the low level weight was 35%. The dis-tribution of DQ, height and weight were skewed positively. DQ value showed no statistically significant difference a-mong infants with different sex and different ways of infant feeding about showed statistically significant difference among infants with different nationalities and whose parents were different in literacy. Oonclusion The iodine nu-trition is not enough among infants which retarded their growth and development.
