我院微生态制剂在慢性肝病治疗中的应用评价

目的评价我院微生态制剂在慢性肝病治疗中的应用情况。方法以双歧三联活菌胶囊、口服双歧杆菌嗜酸乳杆菌肠球菌三联活菌散剂、口服双歧杆菌乳杆菌嗜热链球菌三联活菌片、枯草杆菌肠球菌二联活菌肠溶胶囊为关键词,通过医院计算机系统检索出我院感染科、肝胆外科2010年1-12月住院病历171份,对年龄、性别、临床诊断、用药目的等项目进行统计、分析。结果使用微生态制剂的所有病例中,以枯草杆菌肠球菌二联活菌肠溶胶囊使用率最高(87.13%);与抗菌药物联用率为63.16%;非适应证使用率为15.79%。结论微生态制剂在我院感染科、肝胆外科应用广泛,对慢性肝病引起的肠道功能紊乱疗效显著,但也有使用不合理之处。通过药物利用评价,严格适应证,减少经验用药,有利于提高微生态制剂的利用水平。

Evaluation of microbioecologics use in treatment for chronic liver disease in our hospital

Objective To evaluate the utilization of microbioecologics in treatment for chronic liver disease in our hospital.Methods 171 medical records of patients infectious diseases department and department of hepatobiliary surgery in our hospital from January to December(2010)were searched by internet search system of the hospital using bifid triple viable capsules,live combined bifidobacterium,lactobacillus and enterococcus powder,oral,live combined bifidobacterium,lactobacillus and streptococcus thermophilus table,live combined bacillus subtilis and enterococcus faecium enteric-coated capsules as key words.The indexes(age,sex,clinical diagnosis,drug purpose,etc)were summarized and analyzed.Results In the cases of microbiologics use,live combined bacillus subtilis and enterococcus faecium enteric-coated capsules counted for 87.13%(top rate),antibacterial drugs counted for 63.16%,and the off-label indications counted for 15.79%.Conclusion Microbioecologics is variously used in infectious diseases department and department of hepatobiliary surgery of our hospital,especially for the patients of intestinal tract function disorder which are caused by chronic liver disease.There are also some improper cases.Restricting the indications and decreasing empiric application will be helpful in promoting the rational use of microbioecologics.
