1 017例宫外孕子宫内膜的临床病理分析

目的探讨宫外孕患者子宫内膜组织病理形态特征及诊断要点。方法对1017例宫外孕子宫内膜组织病理特征和临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果1017例宫外孕患者年龄16～45岁，平均24．8岁。蜕膜组织249例（24．5％），高度分泌相25例（2．5％），高度分泌相伴有A—S反应54例（5．3％），蜕膜组织和高度分泌相113例（11．1％），蜕膜组织和高度分泌相伴有A—S反应178例（17．5％），分泌相216例（21．2％），增生相31例（3．0％），分泌相和增生相93例（9．2％），不规则脱卸17例（1．7％），分泌相和不规则脱卸41例（4．0％）。结论宫外孕子宫内膜组织的病理形态结构具有多种类型。

Endometrium of ectopic pregnancy: a clinicopathological analysis of 1017 cases

Objective To investigate the pathomorphologic features and diagnostic highlights of endometrial tissue in the patients with ectopic pregnancy(EP).Methods The clinical data and pathological characteristics of endometrial tissue were evaluated retrospectively in 1017 cases of EP.Results All the cases occurred in women with age ranged 16-45 years(median 24.8 years).Two hundred and fourty-nine cases were decidual membranes(24.5%),25 hypersecretory phase(2.5%),54 hypersecretory phase with A-S reaction(5.3%),113 decidual membranes and hypersecretory phase(11.1%),178 decidual membranes and hypersecretory phase with A-S reaction(17.5%),216 secretory phase(21.2%),31 proliferative phase(3.0%),93 secretory phase and proliferative phase(9.2%),17 irregular shedding(1.7%),41 secretory phase and irregular shedding(4.0%).Conclusion Pathomorphologic structure of endometrial tissue of EP has various types.
