奥扎格雷钠对急性脑梗死患者血清C反应蛋白与疗效的影响

目的:观察奥扎格雷对急性脑梗死(ACI)患者血清C反应蛋白(CRP)含量的影响,并观察其疗效。方法:108例急性脑梗死患者随机分为观察组和对照组各54例,对照组采用脑梗死常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上加用奥扎格雷钠治疗,治疗前及2周后测定CRP水平变化,并对神经功能缺损进行标准评分。结果:治疗后2周观察组CRP水平较对照组降低,差异有显著性,p<0.05;观察组神经功能缺损评分低于对照组,差异有显著性,p<0.05。结论:奥扎格雷钠能降低ACI患者血清CRP水平,有利于减轻炎症反应,提高ACI患者临床疗效。

Effect of Sodium Ozagrel on C-reactive Protein and Clinical Effects in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective：To investigate the effect of sodium Ozagrel on C-reactive protein（CRP） and clinical effects in the patients with acute cerebral infarction（ACI）.Methods： 108 ACI patients were divided into two groups.In the treatment group（n=36）,sodium Ozagrel was given intravenously on the basis of conventional treatment.Conventional therapy was only used in the control group.The level of serum CRP and neurologic impairment scores（NIS） were compared in pre-treatment and post-treatment on the 14th day in two groups.Results： The serum level of CRP on the 14th day in the treatment group was significantly decreased than that in the control group（p0.05）.The decline of the NIS of the treatment on the 14th day was more striking in the treatment group than that in the control group（p0.05）.Conclusion： Ozagrel could decrease the serum level of CRP in ACI patient,alleviate inflammatory reaction and improve clinical effects.
