股骨重建髓内钉治疗复杂股骨骨折

摘    要:目的:应用股骨重建髓内钉治疗股骨干骨折合并同侧转子间骨折或股骨颈骨折.方法:在1999年7月至2004年1 月共收治14例复杂股骨骨折,其中股骨干骨折合并同侧转子间骨折10例,合并股骨颈骨折4例.均采用股骨重建髓内钉固定 治疗.结果:所有患者随访6月-20个月,平均12个月.所有患者均骨性愈合,3例短缩移位,1例髋内翻畸形(小于8°).无 股骨头坏死、感染、断钉等发生.按照黄公怡等评价标准,髋关节功能优良率92.9%.结论:股骨重建髓内钉对治疗股骨干骨折 合并同侧转子间骨折或股骨颈骨折具有创伤小,固定牢固、骨折愈合快等优点.

Abstract:Objective: To analyze the efficacy of reconstruction nail in the treatment of femoral shaft fractures with ipsilateral femoral neck or peritrochanteric fractures. Methods: From July 1999 to January 2004, 14 cases of complex femoral fractures were treated with reconstruction nail. Ten patients were associated with ipsilateral femoral peritrochanteric fractures, four with ipsilateral femoral neck fractures. Results: All patients were available for 6-20 months (mean 12 months ) follow-up. There was three shortening-displacements, one varus deformity of hip. All the fractures healed up well and without avascular necrosis of femoral head, infection, and broken nail. The excellent rate of hip's function was 92.9% according to Huang gong-yi standard. Conclusion: Reconstruction nail had obvious advantage of less trauma, reliable fixation, rapid fracture healing in the treatment of complex femoral fractures.
