葛根素对2型糖尿病患者胰岛素抵抗作用的研究

目的观察葛根素注射液对2型糖尿病（T2DM）患者胰岛素抵抗（IR）的影响。方法将48例T2DM患者随机分为葛根素组、罗格列酮组，每组各24人。另取40例健康志愿者作为对照组。检测入选时和2周后空腹血糖、肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）和视黄醇结合蛋白4（RBP4）的变化情况。结果治疗2周后，葛根素组及罗格列酮组各项指标均较前有明显好转（P〈0．05）。罗格列酮组肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）改善程度优于葛根素组（P〈0．05）。结论葛根素注射液有改善2型糖尿痛患者胰岛素抵抗的作用，其作用机制可能与调节肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）和视黄醇结合蛋白4（RBP4）水平有关。

Effect of Peurarin on Insulin Resistance in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

Objective To observe the effect of peurarin on insulin resistance（IR） in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM）. Methods 48 patients with T2DM were divided into treatment group（ TG,24 cases, using Peurarin）, western medicine control group（ WCG,24 cases, using rosiglitazone）. 40 healthy volunteers were selected as control group. The blood glucose, serum level of tumor necrosis factor-alpha（TNF-α） and retinnl Binding protein 4（ RBP 4 ） were measured before and after treatment. Results Mter the treatment of 2 weeks, the above indexes were improved in TG and WCG （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The serum insulin levels were decreased significantly in T2DM patients after treatment（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The improvement of TNF-α in WCG was superior to that in TG（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Peurarin injection can meliorate the insulin resistance in patients with T2DM. Its mechanism maybe due to regulate the level of TNF-α and RBP4.
