2006年滕州市部分城乡已婚妇女妇科疾病患病情况及女性保健知识调查

目的]了解滕州市已婚妇女的妇科疾病患病情况及女性卫生保健知识知晓状况。方法]2006年8~10月对2 567名城区和3 125名农村已婚妇女进行了妇科疾病检查,并对其中部分妇女进行了女性卫生保健知识问卷调查。结果]城乡已婚妇女妇科疾病患病率为36.68%。其中城区妇女为31.75%,农村妇女为40.74%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。问卷调查城乡妇女2 231人,≥60分者妇科疾病患病率为22.81%,<60分者为32.71%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。宫颈炎、阴道炎患病率农村妇女高于城区妇女,乳腺增生、子宫肌瘤患病率城区妇女高于农村妇女。结论]滕州市城乡已婚妇女妇科疾病患病率较高,农村妇女和女性卫生保健知识水平偏低的妇女更为严重。

Investigation on Gynaecopathia and Health Care Knowledge among Married Women in Rural Area and Urban District

Objective]To understand suffering status of gynaecopthia and the knowledge on health care among married women in rural area and urban district.Methods]Gynaecopthia examination was conducted for 2567 and 3 125 married women living in urban district and rural areas from August to October 2006.Questionnaire was conducted for some married women on health care knowledge.Results]The morbidity of gynaecopthia was 36.68%,the women living in urban district accounted for 31.75% while the women living in rural areas accounted for 40.74%.There was a difference(P<0.01).Questionnaire was conducted for 2 231 women living in rural and urban district,the morbidity was 22.81% in the women with the score over 60.The morbidity was 32.71% in the women with the score under 60,there was a difference(P<0.01).The morbidity of cervicitis and colpitis was higher in the women living in rural areas than that in the women living in urban district.The morbidity of hyperplasia of mammary glands and uterine leiomyoma was higher in the women living in urban district than that in the women living in rural areas.Conclusion]The morbidity of gynaecopthia in married women in Tengzhou was high,especially in the women living in rural areas and the women with less knowledge on health care.
