癌症患者放疗不同阶段心理状况跟踪调查

目的:探讨癌症患者在接受放射治疗不同时期的心理状况变化情况。方法:对115名癌症住院患者在放射线治疗的不同时期采用SCL-90症状自评量表进行心理问卷调查。结果:SCL-90评分结果显示,接受放射治疗的癌症患者在放疗第0周时的躯体化、抑郁、焦虑均分显著高于国内常模均分;放疗结束后随访时的抑郁、焦虑均分显著高于国内常模均分。放疗的不同时期患者的躯体化、抑郁和焦虑均分差异显著,且放疗开始第0周时的躯体化以及放疗开始第0周和放疗结束后随访时的抑郁、焦虑均分显著高于其他时期。结论:应重视对癌症放疗患者的心理干预,并在放疗的不同时期有针对性地给予相应的心理干预。

Follow-up survey on the mental status of cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy at separate stages

Objective：To investigate the changes of mental health status in cancer patients undergone radiotherapy at different stages.Methods：Symptom checklist-90（SCL-90）was used to survey the 115 in-patients at separate radiotherapeutic stages.Results：SCL-90 estimation showed that the patients scored much higher at week 0 regarding the changes in somatization,depression and anxiety as compared with the national norms on an average.The same results were found after the radiotherapy during follow-up,which was also consistent with the findings at different stages.In addition,the mental status varied greatly in comparison with other stages concerning somatization,depression and anxiety at week 0 and after the radiotherapeutics.Conclusion：More attention should be paid to the cancer patients with their mental health,and psychological intervention is necessary for the subjects undergoing radiotherapy at dissimilar stages.
