| 摘 要： | 麻醉犬经十二指肠给头痛灵胶囊０．４ｇ／ｋｇ３０ｍｉｎ后，高切变率（１００Ｓ＾－１）和低切变率（１０Ｓ＾－１）下的全血粘度（ＢＶ）分别下降２６％和４１％，与临床等效量的复方羊角冲剂作用相似。故头痛灵胶囊可明显降低麻醉犬的血液粘度。

| Abstract: | Tou Tong ling Capsule by po 0.4g/kg can lower blood viscosity (BV) of anesthetized dogs. BV of 100S -1 and 10S -1 was decreased 25% and 41%, respectively. The results suggest that effect of Ton Tong ling Capsule on BV is similarly to Composite Yang Jian granula in dose of same therapeutic effect. |
