| 摘 要： | 目的：观察比较以下四种外用药物的疗效，选出较好的一种用药组合。方法：我们近来分别采用康惠尔溃疡糊、粉；伏碘软骨＋溃疡糊或粉；伏碘软骨；磺胺嘧啶银次霜，外用烧伤创面治疗１２１例病人。并分析了上述几种外用药的治疗效果。结果：提示伏碘软骨＋溃疡糊、粉组在创面抗感染，促进创面愈合及脱腐等方面有较好的效果。同时，它减轻了伏碘对创面的刺激性。另外，该种组合的应用也提出了一种全新的烧伤创面外用药应用方法。结论：

| Abstract: | Objective:To compare the effects of four topical drugs in the treatment of burns. Methods:In this study,121 burned patients were treated with Comfeel Ulcer paste/powder,FIpaste(Polyvinylpyrrolidone iodine paste) Ulcer paste/powder,FIpaste and 1% Silver Sulphadine (SD Ag) Cold Cream respcetively. The effects of the four different treatment were then compared with each other.Results: It was shown that FIpaste Comfeel Ulcer paste/powder was the best in anti infection,promoting wound recovery and discharging rotten tissues.It could also reduce the irritation caused by FI. Conclusion:We can conclude that the mixture of FIpaste and Comfeel Ulcer paste/powder is better in the treatment of burns. |
